Terms and Conditions

Local and national courier service agreement, entered into by JER COURIER with whom hereinafter and for the purposes of the contract is called “Jer Courier” and the “Client” whose data is stated and registered in the form of the Jer Courier website.

Customer Access and Acceptance

  • These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use by the Client of the services and facilities offered by Jer Courier. The condition of “Client” implies unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in these Terms and Conditions.
  • If the client does not wish to be bound by the provisions of these T&Cs, they must not check the “I accept the Terms and Conditions” section and will leave our virtual platform; only then will there be no link between both parties.
  • The client agrees to be responsible for the transported content, responding in civil, criminal and/or administrative matters to any violation of current law, excluding Jer Courier, its employees and/or its representatives from all liability, with the client being the only one responsible. in the event of any eventuality, whether directly or indirectly due to the use or inappropriate use of our service, assuming full responsibility for the acts it carries out.


  • Service valid only for shipments from Lima – Lima and Lima – Province (according to our coverage)
  • The ecommerce rate will be activated after 48 business hours of registration.
  • If the client exceeds 200 monthly shipments, they must write to ventas@jercourier.com and request a quote.

Product reception

  • The courier will go to pick up the merchandise, verify the product, weigh it, receive payment for the service and proceed with sealing the box for shipment.
